Featured image to appear in the centre of blog posts

I am using the plugin Auto Featured Image and it seems to be working fine, generating an image for each summarized post on my main blog page. However, how do I get the featured image to appear in the centre of blog posts instead of as a thumbnail on the left.

Any help would be much appreciated!
