Featured Image Thumbnail Not Showing Up in "Shop" Page

Hey guys. I’m really new to creating an e-commerce store with WordPress, and I’m having an issue that I have not been able to find an answer to. I have scoured the search engines, and looked through Support documents, but I have found nothing that has helped.
I am using the WooCommerce plug-in, and have recently added my first product. However, when I set the product image under “Product Image”, which is normally what is called “Featured Image”, it doesn’t actually show up:
And, when I’m on the product page, it still won’t show up:
The photos uploaded to the “Product Gallery” show up beneath the missing thumbnail:
So I know that it has something to do with that featured image button not working.
This happens across any theme that I have tried to use, but I am currently using the Superstore Theme.
Like I said, I have searched for hours for an answer to this question. I have tried editing the .php files, I have switched themes, I have updated and reinstalled everything, and it still won’t work. I would love it if there were a simple solution that I am just overlooking.
Any help would be greatly appreciated, and I know you’re all probably ten times smarter than me, so when answering, please act as if you are explaining the resolution to a zebra. That is as technologically savvy as I am, ha ha.
