Featured Image still showing.

Hello,
I installed the plugin and set both options to remove featured image but even after refreshing the featured image remains on the top of the post.
I use WordPress – Shoreditch theme.https://britishcounties.org/letter-published-in-the-telegraph-10-september-2017/
Am I doing something wrong?
