Featured Image Still Doesn’t Show

    Instead of developing a child theme and changing code directly, I wanted to give this plugin a try. It seemed to have worked if I preview in https://www.coderedcorp.com/tools/rss-preview/

    However, featured images are not showing in feedly, and most importantly Mailchimp.

    I have set Mailchimp up per your example without the *|RSSITEM:IMAGE|* using only *|RSSITEM:CONTENT_FULL|* and I have also tried using *|RSSITEM:IMAGE|*. Both do not show the featured image.

    Please let me know if this plugin will work.

    Hi Rob, thank you so much for your reply. The plugin is installed and activated. I tried reaching out via the contact form in the plugin; however, it requires an upgrade. Upgrading may be an option, but I’d like to see if we can get this working first.

    At this point, I am still not seeing any images in the raw feed. Is there something else I can try to get this working?

    Hi Jules,

    Hmm, strange! Email us using pluginsupport [at] presswizards.com and I can do some more digging… create a new Admin username for me if possible, I would want to log in and carefully poke around, and look at the feed, the other plugins, etc – include a secure password in the email. Once we figure this out, you can simply delete that username.
