Featured Image & Slides are all cropped so only to top shows

I’m using the most current version of wordpress and magazino. I just did up my first post with an image and it’s cropped awfully. I can only see the top part of the image I inserted. (inserted an image of a highway with trees.. all you can see are the tops of the trees. And on the grid image, you just see some branches.

How do I get it so I can see the full image?
