Featured Image Size doesn’t change in MailChimp Emails

I’m using MailChimp to create a Campaign that will email subscribers when I create a new blog post. I installed the Featured Images Plugin, and the featured image is displayed in the emails. However, the alignment and size settings are not doing anything. It’s coming out on the left w/ the same size each time. Is there another setting I need to make?
