Featured Image Size

    You will see the size of the featured image is large and obnoxious on the page.

    How do I go about reducing the size of the featured image so that it is better displayed and not hogging the page?

    Once i modify the size do i need to re-upload the image?

    I tried to modify thumbnail, medium, and large image sizes in WordPress settings however this did not resolve the issue.
