Featured image scaling – blurry

    When I set featured image, the image gets blurry in post page. Here is an example –

    Top first image is the blurry featured image, while the image that I posted in the post itself is the actual size and normal one.

    Not sure what’s happening here. Why the same image is shown differently in the post and as a featured image?

    Please help.

    I found a different solution for the problem. Removed featured image being displayed in the posts by doing the following:

    /public_html/wp-content/themes/jkreativ-lite/single.php

    Remove the following code:
    <?php the_post_thumbnail(); ?>
