Featured Image & Post ID

Hello. I just downloaded Kale and am having many issues. The first 6 posts that I downloaded a featured image for worked perfectly then when I went back later to add more to different posts, the featured image size completely changed! I did NOTHING different but the images are coming up different.

Also, originally my Post ID was fine. Now it has changed to something completely different and I can’t find anywhere to go back and fix it. Please help.
