Featured image plugin question

I know there are plugins that will set an image as the feature image for an article, but is there a plugin that will set the featured image of an article as the first image at the top of the post?

Changed themes and my old them had featured images that were used in the post and you didn’t have to put an image at the top of the post. The featured image took care of putting in on the homepage at the top of the article above the title.
