I recently started using this wonderful plugin and have added places with option to add a featured image which later appears as the place image on the front end.

All of a sudden, that option can’t been seen whenever I try to add a new place. See screenshot below.

I am not sure I messed some settings somewhere. How can I get this option back?

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hello,

I don’t see any screenshot? Are you using the standard image field or have you created a new image field? Make sure this is not set to admin only and if using the pricing manager please contact us via our site for further help.

    Thanks,

    Stiofan

    Sorry here is the screenshot

You must note that when I started using this plugin, I was able to add featured image when adding a place, now it doesn’t show anymore and when I duplicate a previous post, the featured images shows but doesn’t give me an option to chnage. See screenshot below.

    Hello,

when you add a new listing or edit an existing listing in the backend then yes, there should definitely be the section you show, this is the main images field (post_images) and it should include the option to add/edit title, re-order and delete.

If that is not happening it could be because the duplication function you are using is not working with the GD features powering the image field. Better to just use our fallback images system, covered in docs here:

    https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs-v2/design/images/#fallback

If you are seeing this kind of issue on new listings, please open a ticket here: https://wpgeodirectory.com/support/

All right. This doesn’t help or answer my question but I’ll move on.
