and do you see them if you change design to say design 2? Also what version of the plugin are you using?

Yes, you can show featured image on the page by using design 1,2,3

In swift its not showing the featured image and regarding this issue we have made a ticket on GitHub and in upcoming updates, we will fix this issue as well.
