Featured Image on Individual property page not showing

  • I have taken over a site that has a few issues and have used your plugin.

    As I am not familiar and didn’t do this from scratch I actually have a few queries I was hoping to get solved:

    1. Firstly the featured image on the individual property pages dont appear, only the gallery thumbnails appear, but the main photo is just a blank space

    2. Only three properties appear on the home page display, using this shortcode that is supposed to show 6 of the featured properties :

    3. On the designated Property Page – there seems to be an error code appearing for some reason : Warning: getimagesize(): https:// wrapper is disabled in the server configuration by allow_url_fopen=0 in /usr/www/users/basieqvbye/wp-content/plugins/essential-real-estate/public/templates/loop/property.php on line 37 Warning: getimagesize(https://basieprops.co.za/wp-content/uploads/2021/04/10-Mossie-Crescent-24-420x320.jpg): failed to open stream: no suitable wrapper could be found in /usr/www/users/basieqvbye/wp-content/plugins/essential-real-estate/public/templates/loop/property.php on line 37

    If I can at all get some assistance or advice on the next steps to getting this assistance please.

    Please try on local about that, if the same => let me know.
    My plugin have quite more new install/active everyday but you are first about this. I think problem related with permission on your server.

    Sorry Im not too clear on what the answer to this issue is?

    I need to advise the client as what they should do as they have all their properties over many years listed in this database and would prefer to keep it there as is – do you maybe suggest that we add the HomeID premium theme instead of the one we are using so the plugin integrates better? Is there maybe premium support we can sign up with to have a look into the issues we are experiencing?

    I tried it using another theme and the featured image was showing, then I tried again using Avada theme and all was the latest versions and again the same issue happened with the featured image on one of the property pages not showing up – here is an example:
