    Site: https://www.calgodot.com
    Using Magazine Basic v 3.0.0

With the new update, featured images on the front page seemed to get larger.

I created a 125px wide thumbnail and set that as the feature image. But the small image is being resized to a larger one. Very ugly.

What’s the solution? Am I stuck with these featured images of randomly varying sizes on my front page?

  • Looks like you were able to fix the problem, no?

By switching back to version 2.7.9, if that could be considered a “fix.”

But the issue is not “resolved.”

This issues has been fixed with 3.0.2. You can now set the width for the front page images for each section.

I also have the full size featured image instead of a thumbnail on all post within the blog page.

c.bavota: you mentioned:”You can now set the width for the front page images for each section.” where do you set it up? Thanks!

Excellent. Thanks for that, Mr. Bavota. Resolved!

Hihiyan: go to Theme Options, Front page. There you can adjust image size for all tiers on front page.
