    Hi @sotonets,

Thanks for your message. I am keen to get this resolved for you. If you share the same post again: https://sotonets.com/why-soc-2-compliance-matters/ does the image show?

Can you also send a screenshot of the post in LinkedIn (or a screenshot)?

Please note, I am finishing up for the week now as it is a public holiday here in Australia, but I will be back on Monday to provide any further assistance.

    Thanks,

    Hi @sotonets,

When I share the post on my test system it works ok: https://imgur.com/a/8BIdHWV

You definitely set the featured image for the post?

    Thanks,

    Hello @northernbeacheswebsites

Yes, the featured image is set, as you can see in your test, and also in my website Why SOC 2 Compliance Matters Why SOC 2 Compliance Matters (sotonets.com)

    Hi @northernbeacheswebsites,

Thanks for that info. I don’t mean to be disrespectful but what I am just going to say is based on my real experience when trying to provide help to people in the past. When I asked before, whether you tried to share the same post again and whether the issue occurred, did you actually do this?

I understand if you didn’t do this, because it’s easier to not have to and I have been in your situation before when there’s little time available!

If you actually did this test before, then yes I am sorry, I truely don’t know why the issue is occurring. If you didn’t actually do this test before, please do it and I suspect you will have the same result as me i.e. it will work.

The issue here is that LinkedIn is crawling your page too early or your website is too slow to provide the image in order for the image to show up in the preview. My recommendation would be to get the pro version AutoSocial (https://northernbeacheswebsites.com.au/autosocial) where we have a delayed mode and this gives your website time to render/output the image so when LinkedIn crawls it will be all good.

Thanks @sotonets and sorry if I second guessed you here.
