Featured image not working following upgrade to 5.6

It should be https://wellhayesvineyard.co.uk. (System seemed to insert http!) Currently working on 5.5.3. Have tried deactivating plugins, reloading theme and installing jquery migrate helper plugin. Nothing has worked.

I am having the same issue with the featured image on multiple websites after updating to 5.6. For mine, if you view the images in developer mode on the web browser they’re visible, but disappear not in developer mode.

@saltysaurus, this sounds like a different issue from the one in the original post. You are sure that all sites you are referring to are using the Resonar theme?

I can confirm this problem with Resonar. No featured images are displayed since 5.6.
In the developer mode there are also no pictures shown.

The Menu in the mobile version doesn’t work either, but that may be caused by my css changes. I went back to 5.5 till the issue is fixed.

Yes, I have the same problem. Roll back to 5.5. solve them all.

But I still hope the creator update for 5.6 version.

I guess with a theme that hasn’t been updated in more than three years it makes sense to move on. Still, Resonar is such a lovely one and it would be so nice if it were kept compatible with a few more WP versions.

@nsphuoc you do this by creating what’s called a child theme, yes.
