Featured image not working

  • Hello,
    I have installed wordpress to 4.9.6 and featured image is not working It doesn’t save in the pop up image box.

    I have tested by deactivating all my plugins and reactivating and it hasnt work at all.

    Any help would be appreciated

    Can any one help??

    And i check on console it shows error as

    Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 403 (Forbidden)

    What does the error log says? Check the uploads folder file permission. Do you have any hotlinking protection enabled?
