Featured Image Not Visible With Ocean Extra

  • Hi,

    I recently installed Ocean Extra plugin to add a carousel to home page and related posts widget with thumbnail on my blog. However, when I activated Ocean Extra, the featured image on my home page encountered some issue. Featured image won’t show if Ocean Extra is activated.

    Is there a way to fix the issue with Ocean Extra? If not, is there any other plugin that can help me get carousel to homepage and related posts with thumbnail on my website?

    Hi,

    I apologize for the delay in response, please try to disable all the plugin except the Ocean extra clear the cache and check if it working or not.

    In addition, Would you be so kind and go to Elementor > System Info and copy/paste the report back to us so that we can take a look?
