    Hi @eugevalencia,

Thanks so much for reaching out!

I took a closer look at your site, and I noticed that you’re not only missing Open Grap, you’re missing Twitter meta tags too, which are super important for sharing your content on social media. This can significantly impact how your site appears when shared on platforms like Facebook, Twitter, and other social media sites.

Open Graph tags essentially act as a “preview generator” for your content. They tell social media platforms exactly what to show, including the title, description, and image—this makes a huge difference in how attractive your posts are when people share them.

The good news is that enabling these tags in All in One SEO is super easy! Just follow these steps:

    • Go to All in One SEO > Social Networks > Facebook to set up your Facebook tags.
    • Then, head over to All in One SEO > Social Networks > Twitter for Twitter meta tags.

For a detailed walkthrough, you can check out our helpful guides here:

    Hi @numbnerd14

This was helpful and I started the steps with the guide from the first doc titled Global Settings for Facebook (og:image) and other social media.

However I don’t even get past the Social Networks -> Facebook settings on my AIO seo! The preview image does not come up. I’m lost as to why and what I can do. Can you help me?

    My site is: https://www.jennyelenihealth.com

I’ve checked also the facebook debugger, and nothing is coming up with the images.

Additionally, when I input this url https://www.jennyelenihealth.com/elderheal – (a page I want to be able to share widely), not only does a preview image NOT appear, but it says: Abusive Bot Blocked.

Hope you can offer some guidance,

    Thanks,

    Jenny

    Hi @jennycurls,

    Thanks for reaching out!

I can see the 503 HTTP status code is showing in Facebook Debugger tool along with an Abusive Bot Blocked title – https://developers.facebook.com/tools/debug/?q=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.jennyelenihealth.com%2Felderheal

It simply means Facebook bots are being blocked while crawling your site. I’d strongly suggest you to get in touch with your hosting provider and ask them to investigate the issue on their end.

If the issue persists, could you please open a new support ticket in this forum so we can assist you there?

    Hi @eugevalencia,

We haven’t heard back from you in a couple of days. I’m going to go ahead and close this thread for now. But if you’d like us to assist, please feel welcome to continue the conversation.
