We would need to see the WPSiteSync log files in order troubleshoot this. You can enable logging by following the instructions here https://wpsitesync.com/knowledgebase/enabling-debugginglogging-wpsitesync/ and then submit a support request at https://serverpress.com/contact/ and include the log file.
