Featured Image not showing up when pasting link on Facebook

  • I had the same issue. Until I figured out to use 201×201 px size images as featured images.

    Facebook claims that they require a minimum of 200*200 pixels. But this statement is actually false. 201*201 dimensions is the minimum.

    Use Facebook’s very own Open Graph Object Debugger to put your pages to the test:

    If interested, search and learn Open Graphics to learn more on the subject. Linkedin, for example, is not so picky, it works fine with smaller OG images as well.
