Featured image not showing on single blog post

  • Hi,

    I recently switched theme to Astra theme. The featured image is not showing on single blog posts. It was showing with the old theme. The featured image does show up in the lists with all the posts. Just not on the single post/pages. Do you have any idea why this might be? Did the old theme change something in the code, where could I begin to check this?

  • I’m having the same issue. I’ve had Astra for a long time and it happened after the recent update. Support told me this is the “first time they heard this” and they haven’t resolved my ticket yet. File a support ticket and send them the link to this page so they know it’s not only you.

    There you can see where you can activate/deactivate the post image (click on the eye).

    Customizing->Single Post->Post Title (click on the arrow)

    There you can change the settings.

    Hi guys,

    Please also make sure that you untick the checkbox on the Featured Image section, as seen in this screenshot.
