Featured image not showing

    Hello there,

    I’m currently experiencing trouble with the featured images that no show on post grid.

    Everything was fine until I created a new grid (no featured images shown), I noticed the issue but it wasn’t a big deal because at the position the grid was displayed it was okay to not have image.

    Today, I decided to exclude a post from the latest posts, so by editing the grid all the images featured disappeared.

    You can see the issue on my homepage here : https://jeretiens.net (try incognito mode to be sure no cache etc.)

    You will notice 4 post grids : 2 with images (untouched), 2 broken.

    Could you help me to fix it ?

    I tried to create a layout (I never touched this option before), I can get the image back but not the same setup as you can see on the homepage).

    So I disabled the new layout…

    I also tried to create a new post grid, it doesn’t show the image/text like the 2 others…

    Could you give me a helping hand please @hasanrang05 ? ??

    yep. same thing here. I have been using the plugin without any issue. I created a new category, so made a new grid. The new grid does not show the featured image. I even tried to duplicate a grid that does work, and change the category (in case my setting was wrong somewhere) but it still doesn’t show the image.

    Hello @dracaenawines so far the support didn’t answer… I wonder if they will read this one day.

    So far, I don’t have found a solution to the problem, if by any chance you find one on your own, please come back here and post it ! ??

    Sorry for late reply,

    Please got to edit layout and check there is “Media” or “Thumbnail” elements on the layout, also make sure if you are using “Media” element on the layout please enable at least one source for thumbnail.
