It looks like your posts is wrapped in a Bold Tag <strong>. This sometimes happens when people copy and paste the short code from the demo page and past it into a page. It carries over the styling too. On the page switch to the HTML no Visual view and make sure the shortage isn’t bolded.

Let me know if that solves the issue.

Not that I can see, I was playing around with that page so I’ve just cleared it out and gone back to just having

    <a href="https://icc-rsf.com">Visit ICC Chimneys</a>

on the page. Unless the “strong” attribute is part of the css maybe for the theme I’m using?

Would you feel comfortable adding me as an admin to the site wordpress for day so I could look at what’s happening? my email is [email protected]

The theme shouldn’t be adding a strong tag to the shortcode.

I just logged in and removed the strong tag and it appears to be working. It looks like it carried over the strong tag from the documentation page. But it should be good now.
