Featured image not showing in Twitter X card. Is there some setting I am missing?

It looks like you’re using AVIF images, and at least as recently as July Twitter/X did not suppot AVIF images. As far as I know, that’s still true.
Here’s an article about modern image support in social media.
Does that also apply to Mastodon? The same thing happening there.
Yes, Mastodon also doesn’t support AVIF. (That’s also mentioned in Joost’s post.)
