    Hi Developers,

Featured images don’t display to subscribers (all gmail users).

It worked when I first installed the plugin, but the problem began since 2 weeks ago. Neither duplicating the already sent newsletter nor creating a new one does not show images.

I stop sending newsletter because of this since 2 weeks ago, and waited update hoping it might fix the issue. But updates don’t fixed the issue.

In case you want to know, I host my website on SiteGround. I use CloudFlare but I turned off “Email Address Obfuscation” and “Hotlink Protection”.

    Thank you in advance

Hi, check if that post has a featured image. It needs to be the “official” featured imaged as provided by WordPress.

    Stefano.

    Hi Stefano,

All my blog posts have official featured images. It’s not just one post that do not show featured images, all posts don’t.

All featured images “are shown” on other email services like Yahoo and Thunderbird.

I contacted my host SiteGround and they said “googleusercontent.com is giving 404“.

The problem is only with Gmail, the bigger problem is that all my subscribers are Gmail users.

Is there something you can do to comply with Gmail’s googleusercontent.com?

    Thank you

Hi, a 404 means yu blog does not allow google to access the image (gmail does not allow direct image loading, it servers with a proxy everything).
