I understand that ai1ec displays the featured image by default on the events detail page, and that is the behavior I’m after, but that isn’t what I’m getting. Plugin settings are correct but no image. I suppose this might be something my theme, Customizr Pro, is overriding?

(Clicking on any event with a featured image on windermerepta.com/news/calendar/ shows what is happening.)

I appreciate any help — I don’t know a lot about WordPress, I’m just the one who got roped into building our PTA a website :-/

  • Hi @krmaxson,

Although not every core calendar using is experiencing this issue, there may be a bug with the latest release of the core calendar. Some users report the problem is fixed by changing the theme, or, removing a conflicting plugin. Disable all plugins to test this and let me know if the featured events start to work. If not, I’ll update you when the development team comes up with a broad workaround/fix for users experiencing this problem.

    Hi @krmaxson,

The bug about missing featured images on the event pages, has been fixed, and released in a new version of our Core calendar plugin. The new version with the fix is 2.5.22. Please login to your WordPress dashboard and click on Plugins and click on the “Update Now” link next to All-in-One Event Calendar by Time.ly.

Our apologies for the delay in getting this issue resolved, and for any inconvenience caused.
