featured image not attaching

    Hi, we’re having trouble getting a featured image to attach for one of our listings (The Cotswold Juicery) despite uploading a featured image several times.

    I’ve tried switching to the parent theme, and turning off all plugins other than WP Job Manager, tried removing the featured image and re-uploading it, but still it won’t appear on the front end. (Shop page and single listing page)

    I’ve tried creating a brand new listing called ‘Test’ and adding the same image, and strangely it works…

    This kind of problem can also be caused by a conflict with your theme. Please rule out a theme issue.

    Temporarily switch to Twenty Twenty-Two, which is one of the default WordPress themes. You can do this by installing a plugin that only switches the theme for the current user, linked below:

    See if the problem resolves. If it does, you’ll need to contact your theme’s developer to see if they can help you troubleshoot.

    Just a side-note; before you swap your theme, we recommend that you make a full backup of your site.
