Featured image not appearing

  • Hello,
    Help me, my featured images won’t appear, just the score and title. I’m using below shortcode.

    [display_top_rating_results limit=”40″ rating_form_id=”1″ show_category_filter=”false” taxonomy=”categories” term_id=”0″ result_type=”score” show_featured_img=”true”]

    Also, the results appear as below. I’m wonder why the title appear on the right side? On https://danielpowney.com/multi-rating/ demo the title is on left side.

    1 10/10(1) Post One
    2 10/10(1) Post Two
    3 10/10(1) Post Three

    Hello,

    Simple question, have you set a feature image for each post? The following shortcode works fine for me: [display_top_rating_results limit=”40″ show_category_filter=”false” result_type=”score” show_featured_img=”true”]

    The rating results appear either before or after the post title if you’re using the auto placement setting. There’s a setting to position the rating results before_title or after_title. Please check this setting.

    Hmmm, that’s weird because I have set a feature image for each post and I also already set the result to appear after title. Any idea what is happening?

    If you change themes does it work?

    No, it also doesn’t work when I changed to default wordpress theme.
