Featured image – multilingual site

  • Hello everyone, I’m happy user of your fantastic theme, but I cannot resolve my problem without your help. I’ve installed polylang plugin to make my page multilingual. Featured contents are shown only when I switch my site into French version. When I want to read my site in Polish, all I can see is page title on dark background. Sorry for my poor English, but I hope you’re gonna understand and help me out.

    I can see that the header banner div is not outputting the background image on the Polish version like it should:

    Polish –

    French –

    I don’t know why it’s not being output, though. I’m not familiar with that plugin, so I’d suggest perhaps asking the developers if they have any idea why this might be happening.

    You might also want to rule out another plugin conflict by turning off all plugins except Polylang to see if that changes anything.

    Thanks for your quick reply. I’ll try to contact with them. If they won’t be able to help me is it possible to put a slideshow or video footage instead feature content into header section?

    Dyad already supports a slider in the Featured Content section, but not video. You’d need to activate the Jetpack plugin, then choose a tag to enter in the Customizer’s Featured Content panel. Then, add the same tag (case-sensitive) to the posts you’d like to appear in the slider.
