Featured image inside entry-blog 1st column, how to recall?

HI, I’d like to display single post header image and title (.background-image-page-header) see here:
https://verbavolant.altervista.org/2020/08/18-a-msfs2020/inside .col-1 of my blog-entries grid here:
https://verbavolant.altervista.org/category/simulazione-di-volo/as you can see in the .col-1 I got the thumbnail and not the original size, infact the image inside col-1 is grainy.
is there a way to implement this?
