featured image in article not shown

    I’m trying to insert a featured image into an article, but it’s not showing.

    Can someone help me please?
    WP version: 6.5.4 – local installation.

    UPDATE: WP version: 6.5.4 – local installation on XAMPP latest version 8.2.12 / PHP 8.2.12.
