Featured Image for Blog

Hey Bold Builder,

I was adding posts to the blog “posts” section of wordpress and realized that the featured images are also present at the top of the post itself, once added. Is there a global override or another function that allows for you to only use the featured image as the thumbnail for the blog post and remove the image shown within the post itself?
