Featured Image doesn’t show when I share link to WhatsApp

    Hi, before now, when I share a post link to WhatsApp, the featured image showed but now, it no longer does so.

    It works okay on Facebook, and Twitter but not on WhatsApp.

    I also tried setting Social > Facebook Image for each post but there’s no change. Also tried to debug using the Facebook debugger tool, but it didn’t show still.

    Please help me.

    Thanks for reaching out regarding your WhatsApp thumbnail. The thumbnail shows for me when I share the URL on WhatsApp. See screenshot.

    You may consider clearing your browser cache or checking from another device.

    i tried all, it doesn’t work on mobile. Still not working on PC for me.

    @gooffy294 I tried using the WhatsApp debug application and the preview image wouldn’t load for me as well.

    Whereas I wasn’t able to find any consistent agreement or official documentation on what the recommended image size was for the WhatsApp preview image, some sources claimed this to be of smaller pixel dimensions, such as 400x400px. Have you tried setting the image to another, smaller preview image and then checking whether it loads as expected?
