featured image doesn’t appear / rearranging doesn’t work

  • hi, after the latest update the hover effect is gone in my gallery.
    I have an image (b/w) and an featured image (same image colored) set for each photo in the gallery. Each image has a link too. See url.

    I also have the issue (has been for months now) that when I try to Rearrange the images in the gallery only lines appear and I can not see what I really rearrange.

    I have purchased the plugin a while ago and I have written several emails regarding issues an I never get a reply.
    I had to create a WP account now to write a Topic in this forum. very annoying!

    As I mention, Go into the shortcode page and there will export button to export JSON code. I suggest you email me with JSON code and website URL.

    Hey guys, I figured out a workaround for my problem! (My problem was that my feature image wasn’t displaying on hover)

    On the General Settings section, select the Hover tab.
    Select wrench icon next to Background. Toggle image and select the feature image there. I hope that might help someone else who was experiencing this problem!

    thank you for this, it’s quite clever. Unfortunately I have a whole gallery and can’t use your workaround. But it was a great find and better then the support here!
    Also..they mark this as resolved all the time and I keep checking the unsolved marker, because it isn’t resolved. It is also not resolved after the latest plugin update. Why do you not help us @biplob018?
    I have written several emails to your oxilab email address and still no help.
    I will send you the JSON shortcode again right now and am expecting some help please!

    I checked your file which you shared with email. Basically, while I release the 9.3.0 version there was a CSS conflict with the Avada theme, and need to customize it to avoid it.

    I shared the file with replied email. kindly install it and hope it will solve your conflict.
