Featured image does not appear

Hello, I have tried to add featured images to several quizzes, however, the images never appear. I am not sure why. I click on create quiz, choose the template, and then in the featured image setting, I select the image but it never gets displayed.

Please don’t forget about the third issue that I mentioned above as well:
Third I changed the default quiz url slug to “mcqs-quiz-archive”. However when I go to any quiz and click on the breadcrumb of the quiz, it goes to the old url which is a 404. So for example if you go to this quiz in the image here?https://ibb.co/Pj6y91y?and click on Quizzes and Surveys, it goes to the old quiz archive page. I already added the quiz pages to my cache plugins exclusion list so I am not sure why this issue is also there.

Is there any update?
Also with regards to the 404, no there is no url there.
How do I flush the permalinks? Do you mean just clearing the cache? If so I have done that already.
Also I deactivated my cache plugin and checked and it still shows a 404.

- Navigate to the dashboard of your site.
- Go to Settings > Permalinks.
- Click Save Changes without making any modifications.
Additionally, I suggest updating the QSM plugin to its latest version, which is 9.2.4. This update includes recent improvements that could resolve existing issues.

DhanushI have updated to the latest QSM version.
- The timer issue (timer appears in title on google) I do not see anymore at least for the old quiz. I will make a new quiz and see if this is completely resolved.
- The misaligned title is still present as can be seen here https://www.paradigmshift.com.pk/mcqs-quiz-archive/pak-study-mcqs-1/
- The quiz default url page returning 404 (see earlier post) is still present.
- The issue with the csv file with 3 questions not being added and the comment box appearing I will recheck and let you know.
- A new issue that I have just found out is that for a quiz such as https://www.paradigmshift.com.pk/mcqs-quiz-archive/pak-study-mcqs-1/ the sidebar does not appear on the side. If you scroll down beneath the quiz, the sidebar is misaligned and squeezed together and makes the page look very wonky.
I have been waiting for more than a month to solve so many issues. I had to wait extra long due to the new year holidays and even after that wait, there was no definitive solution that QSM provided. I hope you will elevate these issues as I want to give QSM (and eventually the pro version) a chance.
