Featured image deformation

  • Hi Guys,
    anyone can suggest me how I can avoid the featured image deformation in the pages top banner image?
    Or wich is the exactley pikels value to set images in the pages banner without deformation of their ratio?

    I’m trying many set of values but every time images are cut approximately at half height and even sometimes extended in width…
