Featured image cropped

  • Hi,
    I never had any problem before but for some reason the last featured image is cropped.

    It is exactly the same size as all the other images (495*256), I made sure in function.php that add_image size was good. Tried almost every possibility I could try, nothing changed.

    Some help would be hugely appreciated, as I think I just missed something stupid ??

  • I have had a look into this and it seems to be because you have uploaded the image too small and not in the right ratio.

    If you upload the image as the same size as the others that are working, this should work.

    So try uploading an image that is the size of:

    500px (width) – 265px (height).

    Works perfect now!

    I still dont understand it though, all the other images were uploaded 495*256 and worked fine. That’s why I didnt bother trying other image sizes.
