    Have you updated the plugin to the latest version?

    With featured image, do you mean the image added in the “Product Image” block within the product edition?

    Thank you for answering so quickly.

    Yes, the featured image is what you say, and it’s the same image that appears by default on the left when you load the product page. But if you select an image from the gallery, it should preview in the same place as this one, right? In the first example, it doesn’t happen.

    In the second example, the featured image is missing and WooCommerce places an image by default in its place. So the selected image (on the right) is displayed correctly in the preview block (on the left).

    You say it works correctly? I don’t understand how it’s possible. I’ve checked it on several devices and it’s wrong. The plugin version is 4.1.0, and I think it’s the latest version.

    Hello there,

    I just retested and the gift card image changes correctly in both cases.

    Could you verify by updating your product, or by selecting the category of gift card to use from the edition of the product? You can also try creating a new product.

    If everything remains the same, I recommend you try the plugin with a default WordPress theme like 2023 and leaving only WooCommerce active, to verify if this is due to a conflict with your theme or with any plugin.

    If you don’t want to run these tests on your live site, you can do it on a test site easily created with the free WP Staging plugin.

    I have the same problem and tried to open an issue seven months ago but I havent been able to make it work anyway after your suggestions. The instructions are so simple …. but no way for the customer to select the image. I also tried to buy one giftcard by myself …. and the gift card i received by email was one default image as if I did’t selected the personalized one.

    If i deselect the image feature … the customer finally can see the preview with the image i uploaded (no category in this case, of couse) … but the email the recipient will receive …. is one with your default image as well. Not with the image they can see in the preview I mean.

    Maybe it’s a conflict with sydney teme? or what?
