Featured image captions don’t show up

  • The Featured Image Caption section shows up when I go to create a post but when I fill it in and publish, nothing shows up on the site. How do I get this to work?

    I’m running on:
    WordPress 4.7.3 running Lenscap theme.
    Running PHP version: 7.0.17
    Version 0.8.6 of Featured Image Caption
