Featured Image as Notification Icon Alternative

    Is it possible to make the plugin use image retrieved from custom field or just simply the first image in the post rather than just featured image?
    This is very important as featured images means that an image has to be uploaded on my server and most of the images I use I upload on photobucket and tinypic to cut bandwidth!! So they are external images.

    Please fix this in the next update. Thanks
