I enabled “Featured Images as Header Images” in the Tempera “Featured Image” Settings, but it doesn’t work on my Pages. Is that feature only for Posts? Is there any way to modify it to enable it for Pages, as well? Or am I just missing a step?

The “Featured Images as Header Images” feature works both on pages and on posts. With this feature on your Header images will be replaced with the Feature image you set for that particular page/post. But in order for that to happen the dimensions of the Featured Image must be at least equal or greater than the dimensions of your header(which you can check and set in the theme settings).

Thank you SO much! Adjusting my Featured Image sizes did the trick. ?? Sorry I overlooked that originally.

I’m having the same problem, but it doesn’t seem to want to resolve. Stay with me – I’m pretty novice when it comes to this stuff. I have featured images as header images enabled, and when I check under header settings in tempera settings, it says at the top “Header Height 120px” My featured images are most definitely larger than this, but still no featured image headers in posts. Help! This theme is amazing and if I can resolve this one issue I will be so pleased!

Your images must be bigger in both dimensions. So if your header height is 120px and your site width is 1100px, then your featured images must be bigger than 1100px x 120px.

Oops, I was sure I have the same problem but again it was the size issue.
Can’t we do something about this to make it obvious if the image will show or not.

Still see a big problem: when you configure the featured image to be a header image you will also get the same picture as the post-thumnail one, ending up with an extreamly narrow thumbnail for your post, really ugly.

I know that you will say to put something more-square but this will mess the header.

    How to solve this? Example:
