Featured image appears above post title

Hi, if I set the featured image (for me the same as the first image of the post), it appears above the title, and naturally after the title appeare the first image. How can I hide the featured image (I don’t want to remove it because I would like it appears in a custom category page) in the visualization of the post? Thank you
