Featured image appear on before html

I’m not clear on what the problem is? Where is that theme from?

Looks like you have some mark-up errors :

And code above the DOCTYPE in the header.php file – which is always problematic.

In addition to clearing up the mark-up errors, you could try deactivating your plugins to see if any are causing the problem.

i removed
