Featured Image and Recent Posts Issues

  • Hi everyone, I am very new to WordPress and have been struggling through making my blog, I’m very close to being happy but have just one problem I can’t seem to solve!!!…..

    In order for me to have an image/thumbnail in my ‘recent posts’ widget I have to have a ‘featured image’ set for each post. But now when I go on the site, the ‘featured image’ its at the top of each of my posts!

    I don’t want my featured image on the posts, but obviously need a ‘featured image’ to make my recent post thumbnail.

    Can any one please help? I have read a lot on this site and there is a lot of code talk, which I am really struggling with ??

    I am using theme: themify base

  • Hey Missmaclondon – we can do this with a display:none command inside of your stylesheet.

    Can you post your website’s link here so I can find the exact line for you?
