Featured Image and Car image

Hello – I just installed Modality on a website (it’s a private client’s website, that isn’t “up” yet, so no links) – but I’ve had two problems so far.

1. When I select a featured image, it shows up fine on the front page, but also shows up at the top of the post. So since there’s only one image in the whole article, the image doubles at the top. In the settings, I can’t figure out how to fix this.

2. In this theme, there is an automobile image at the top, with Lorem Ipsum underneath – I can’t figure out how to get rid of this image, so the article images take its place in the slider.
