this is the link jetpack twitter team gave me for troubleshooting, so why are you telling me something about reporting a topic?

well then you need to talk to Jetpack and WordPress social media teams because they’re the ones that told me to use it the last time I came here for help, but I forgot to. All because I never get any support here with any of my problems

I really don’t. All I am saying is do not put modlook on topics again. Unless it’s spam, abuse or something broken in the forums. In these forums that tag is not used except as above. Anyone who told you to use that here was mistaken.

you really do need to talk to your WordPress twitter team if they’re telling people to add ‘modlook’ for support when it’s not meant to be used for that. otherwise, people will keep doing it, won’t they? And they told me twice to do it. So if you want people to use it correctly, then tell your teams to stop telling people to use it incorrectly

No. Again, I really don’t. You are mistaking WordPress.COM with this place. It’s an easy mistake to make.

WordPress.COM and www.remarpro.com are not the same. They are not connected in any way at all. You’re trying to tell a www.remarpro.com moderator that we should follow WordPress.COM rules.

Sorry, that’s not correct. I’m sorry for your misunderstanding but do not use the modlook tag again here.

WordPress.COM has their own forums which have nothing to with these forums. You can tag modlook there, don’t here.

Here on www.remarpro.com? Any tag you like. Just not modlook. Unless it’s for reporting- well, you know by now.

I have no idea about tags in the WordPress.COM forums. They’re not connected to this place and I don’t frequent them and I’m not a moderator there.

ok, so how do i get someone from org to actually help with my issues? I’ve never had a reply from any org member to help with any of the problems i’ve reported.

One issue has gone on for over 6 months, no help from org staff.

another is two months old. neither issue has been resolved because no one from org helps. so how am I meant to get them to respond? given that I now have three pending issues

also, if you don’t warn people anywhere not to use modlook, and modlook is ok to use on com, then how are people meant to know before being told off for using modlook?
