    I purchased the pro version and love the plugin. However, I am still having a problem with the featured images. I have posts that include images, they show up fine in the article. However, the featured image is just a broken link. I have read the information online. I’ve tried every combination of settings I can think of. I even setup a default featured image. The default image does not get used because the program tries to use an image from the article and just shows a broken link. PLEASE, give me a suggestion as to what the problem is. Everything is perfect with the program except for this issue. I’m sure it’s something simple.

    I would really appreciate some help. I’ve been going crazy trying to change setting daily to get this working properly.

    Please create a support Ticket in the website and attach the Debug File from the plugin in the ticket (not by email).

    You can find it and download from your WordPress admin-> WPeMatico-> Settings, Debug Info Tab

    As a customer you have priority over standards tickets and we will help you to set up the campaign as you need.
