Featured image

What a great theme…
One small modification I would like to make, though.
I would like to display the same image at the top of the content pane for every page above the page title, so that it acts as a kind of page header image. (I can’t use the featured image facility as it displays the image below the page title).
Presumably this would mean tweaking page.php and / or content.php in my child theme?
Help greatly appreciated.

(A kludgy way of achieving this is to:

• Activate featured image for each page
• set h2.post-title to display:none in style.css
• start each page with <h2>Page Title</h2>
