Featured image

You could set the featured image for that page to the one you want for the home page, then insert the image you want for the founders page on that page.

thanks for responding! the thing is that i set the featured image to show on all the page.php pages so there is a div above the content are in the php for it. Is there a way to exclude the image from showing on certain pages?

One way would be to create another page template that didn’t include the featured image. Then choose that template for the pages where you want to exclude that image.
